Who you are
- Overall 7-8 years of experience with 2+ years working a TPM
- Experience in technical product management, having successfully delivered complex product initiatives in B2B2C businesses
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering or a related field (Master's degree preferred)
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Customer-focused mindset with a passion to deliver exceptional user experiences (in this case Wefox teams, who will be the main users)
What the job involves
- We are looking for a Technical Product Manager (f/m/d) to join our teams in Berlin , Paris or Barcelona!
- As a Product Manager you will be responsible for the full life-cycle (design, build and run) of wefox SaaS Platform Infrastructure systems
- Work closely with other Product & Engineering teams, operations & customer success teams to identify the new requirements
- Identify opportunities for product innovation(either via implementation of an outsourced solution or building it inhouse) and improvements to maintain a competitive edge
- Develop a clear product vision and strategy to accomplish the PCI team mission, considering customer feedback and Platform needs
- Create user stories and acceptance criteria for the Engineering team, ensuring a clear understanding of product requirements
- Participate in agile ceremonies and drive refinements
- Work with the Engineering team to create, maintain and prioritise product roadmap, outlining features, enhancements & bug fixes to be developed and delivered over time
- Participate in testing and validation activities
- Gather feedback from customers and work to incorporate their input into product improvements
- Develop and maintain comprehensive product documentation, including user guides, API documentation, and release notes
- Communicate with stakeholders and be able to clearly explain complex topics to people with different backgrounds
