Role
Who you are
- 3+ years of experience as a data/marketing analyst
- Proficiency in SQL and relational databases
- Proficiency in data visualization tools, particularly Tableau
- Proficiency in digital marketing platforms from Meta and Google
- Strong understanding of mobile attribution and MMPs (AppsFlyer, Adjust, etc.), including event tracking, postbacks, and troubleshooting
- Experience working with SKAdNetwork (SKAN) data — extracting, decoding, and analyzing postbacks to optimize iOS campaigns
- Knowledge of privacy-first attribution frameworks like Apple’s ATT, Meta's AEM, and Google’s Privacy Sandbox
- Experience with marketing attribution platforms is a plus
- Knowledge of Python (Pandas, Numpy, Statsmodels, Matplotlib, etc.) is a plus
- Experience in designing and conducting A/B tests is a plus
- Strong quantitative skills and a structured approach to problem-solving. Ability to analyze issues, identify root causes, and recommend solutions
- Fluency in English
What the job involves
- We are looking for a Marketing Analyst to contribute to the evolution of Tabby. Marketing Analyst will work with our marketing team and help us evaluate marketing efficiency and find the best way to acquire new and reactivate existing users, playing a pivotal role in launching and optimizing marketing strategies that drive meaningful impact. You'll collaborate closely with Analysts, Marketing, and Product teams
- Provide analytical support to the Marketing and Product Marketing teams across all facets of their work, including evaluation of customer. acquisition cost, customer spending forecast, and finding an optimal mix of marketing channels
- Generate hypotheses, conduct research and A/B tests, and present your findings clearly and compellingly to highlight the importance of your insights
- Support and monitor existing performance marketing metrics, identify areas for improvement, and develop new metrics that inform decision-making across the organization
- Develop data visualizations and reports that are informative and easily understood by business and product teams
- Assist in the planning of necessary data structures
Our take
Buy-now-pay-later (BNPL) purchases have been rising in popularity for years, with a number of companies springing up to facilitate split-payment shopping. Tabby is one such company, offering Shariah-compliant buy-now-pay-later options through its mobile app, meaning consumers can shop at a range of stores and split their purchase between four interest-free payments.
For stores, using Tabby means offering their customers more flexible payment options, no matter the purchase channel, which can positively affect store loyalty and boost repeat purchases. They also gain access to the hundreds of thousands of shoppers already using the app, as Tabby runs co-marketing campaigns with its retail partners.
Managing upwards of $6 billion in transaction volume annually, and boasting the likes of Shein, Ikea and Adidas amongst its clientele, it is clear that Tabby is doing something right. It has secured a substantial funding round ahead of a planned IPO, and plans to invest in continued expansion of its financial services and shopping products.
