• You'll be working directly with Charles, the BDR Manager, who is leading the US BDR team — Emily, Liam, and Grace
• Weekly, you will have:
• 1-1s with your manager for coaching and training
• 1-1s with Account Executives to strategize on outreach to target accounts
• Meetings with the BDR team and the wider US team to share achievements, discuss challenges, and brainstorm new initiatives
• Calling sessions with the team to engage with prospects

As a Business Development Representative (BDR), you'll play a crucial role in driving our success by researching industries, executing targeted outreach campaigns, and securing meetings with senior executives to create new business opportunities
• Your contributions will directly impact our business growth and enhance the effectiveness of our sales efforts

• You’ll work closely with the team to seek out new business opportunities and start meaningful conversations with potential clients in North America. We leverage smart strategies and channels to deliver high-impact results
• Conduct market research and identify potential clients to identify and target new business opportunities and contacts
• Define and implement intelligent and creative outbound campaigns – reaching out to prospects via multiple channels: email, phone, LinkedIn, events, and more
• Lead initial discovery calls with our prospects to understand their processes, challenges, and priorities and securing qualified meetings with our Account Executives
• Work closely with the senior business development team to strategize on key accounts
• Cultivate strong relationships with new clients, while maintaining existing client relationships
• Manage multiple projects concurrently and meet deadlines
• Provide support to the sales team on all aspects of the sales process
• Look for opportunities to innovate and optimize our lead generation framework
• Your goals:
• Familiarize yourself with UpSlide’s solution and complete a comprehensive onboarding plan
• Take ownership of outbound campaigns (calling, emailing, LinkedIn), showcasing creativity to optimize your efficiency and effectiveness
• Handle client/prospect interactions, leading and contributing to calls and meetings with senior executives
