What the job involves
- Lead, coach and grow the sales team to consistently hit and exceed commercial targets across the private and public sectors.
- Champion the MEDDIC methodology to ensure strong deal qualification and execution.
- Exceed personal revenue targets through new business and key account expansion.
- Lead on strategic opportunities as well as personally own a small number of our highest value client relationships in Consulting and Financial Services sectors.
- Build deep, trusted relationships with senior decision-makers and drive complex sales cycles.
- Represent Makers with authority in C-suite engagements and high-stakes negotiations.
- Deliver compelling pitches that inspire action, communicate value clearly and convert opportunities into work won.
- Work closely with Marketing to create high-impact sales enablement assets that elevate our message and strengthen our sales outcomes.
- Translate commercial strategy into clear sales plans and revenue targets, ensuring team accountability.
- Own sales forecasting and pipeline accuracy, tracking key metrics and providing timely, actionable reporting to the SMT.
