Technical Recruiter, NewsBreak

• Bachelor degree in Human Resource or other related fields
• At least 1-3 years full-cycle technical recruiting experience in AI/Media industry
• Experience with sourcing, engaging and activating passive candidates
• Knowledge with recruiting tools, applicant tracking systems, data management/reporting techniques and software collaboration tools, Greenhouse, Excel, etc
• Proven track record of recruiting talents from top tier tech companies
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
• Experience working with cross-regional teams
• Self-motivated, proactive, result-oriented, have strong sense of ownership

Desirable

• We are looking for a Technical Recruiter to handle full-cycle recruitment for NewsBreak. You will work closely with hiring managers to develop creative strategies to find the best talents. You will be responsible of managing end-to-end recruitment from sourcing to offer negotiation for all levels candidates
• Manage full cycle recruitment for engineers, product managers and designers, and other business functions, creating innovative sourcing strategies and engagement to bring the best talent to each role
• Develop and execute fully comprehensive sourcing plans, analyzing requirements to determine target profile needs and matches
• Run searches and engage with passive candidates via LinkedIn, AngelList, Google Search Engine, GitHub, and other platforms
• Work closely with third-party agencies to screen candidates, conduct first-round phone interviews
• Drive offer process - including extending offers, negotiations, closing candidates, and generating offer letters
• Regularly manage pipeline activity and maintain data integrity, and proactively share data-centric updates with internal stakeholders
