Our take
Verana Health is taking a unique approach to patient care by creating the largest clinical database in the medical industry. Its database allows physicians to gain a deeper understanding of patients' conditions to provide faster and more efficient treatment options.
Verana organizes and analyzes electronic health record systems, then delivers insight back to practitioners, researchers and life sciences companies. Since its founding, Verana has become an exclusive data management partner for these professional networks.
What sets Verana apart is its approach to medical data, utilizing analytics and real-time clinical results to reinvent medical research. A 2026 merger with COTA sees the company extend its capabilities across oncology, ophthalmology, urology and neurology, enabling it to support broader clinical research and regulatory decision-making.
