Our take
Grapevine is built by business travellers, for business travellers and is building a digital personal assistant to help with business travel needs. It is trusted by clients in the UK, Europe and the US, including Gray Dawes Travel, Wexas Travel, and National Travel.
Grapevine works differently to travel agents. It partners with Travel Management Companies and supplies the tools they need to provide business customers with consumer-grade personalisation. Working with Corporate Travel Management Companies, Grapevine offers end-to-end support for business travellers and taps into missed revenue opportunities with the potential to unlock billions for the industry.
Whilst TMCs are great at selling flights, ancillaries have proved more of a challenge. Over 70% of hotel bookings are leaked to off-platform sources and next to no in-destination spending is being captured. A huge amount of revenue is being left on the table, and this is exactly what Grapevine is tapping into.
