Customer Success Manager, Clerk Chat

• You are a Customer Success Manager with a deep understanding of the telecom landscape, you are skilled at articulating complex solutions and delivering value for both partners and end customers
• You are a relationship-driven professional with a proven track record of managing and growing partnerships within the telecom, partnerships, or service provider ecosystem
• You excel at building strong connections, aligning goals, and fostering mutual success through collaboration
• 5+ years of professional experience working in telecom, partnerships, or service provider industries, with a strong understanding of their unique needs and challenges
• Demonstrated ability to build and maintain long-term, strategic partner relationships
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences
• Strong analytical skills and comfort working with data to identify trends and inform strategies
• A proactive, problem-solving mindset and a focus on driving results
• Experience with customer success tools, CRM systems, and an understanding of data silos or data warehousing concepts
• Ability to collaborate cross-functionally with sales, product, and operations teams to improve the customer experience

• Build and nurture relationships with channel partners, acting as a trusted advisor to align their goals with Clerk Chat’s solutions
• Develop and execute joint business initiatives to drive mutual growth and achieve partner success
• Track and analyze churn data to identify key drivers, establish a baseline churn rate, and execute strategies to reduce churn
• Drive product engagement by improving time-to-key milestones
• Collaborate cross-functionally with sales and product teams to expand customer revenue, improve adoption, and identify growth opportunities
