Role
Who you are
- 5+ years' experience in a content or social marketing role, ideally with a strong B2B focus
- Confident shooter and editor, capable of producing professional short-form video with a modern, native-social feel, and know how to make B2B content entertaining, smart, and shareable. confident using cameras (camera phone), lighting, sound equipment, and editing software (Premiere Pro, Final Cut, or similar)
- Strong understanding of social platforms (especially LinkedIn, TikTok, and Instagram) and how to tailor content for each
- Excellent B2B copywriting and storytelling skills - able to turn insights and ideas into engaging content
- Strategic thinker with a creative mindset and an eye for brand storytelling
- Experience with email marketing platforms (e.g. HubSpot, Mailchimp) and basic performance analysis
- Comfortable owning multiple content streams and managing deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Confident stakeholder manager, able to manage key people internally to create the best content
- This involves really getting stuck into the culture, getting to know others, using the marketing team and others to help build a culture that’s used to cameras and filming around the office, making it an important part of influencer life and most importantly - fun
What the job involves
- As Senior Content Creator, you’ll sit at the heart of the B2B marketing team, owning our social and content strategy and leading the creation of best-in-class video, social, and email content
- From planning, shooting and editing on-brand video and developing assets in close collaboration with our in-house designer, you’ll help us stand out to the brands and marketers we want to work with and drive engagement from awareness through to conversion
- The role will work closely with our Senior Marketing Manager and Executive Marketing Director across the EMEA region and occasionally, Globally, to deliver output for the Influencer B2B brand
- This is your chance to take full ownership of our B2B content strategy -from vision to execution across key platforms like LinkedIn, TikTok, and Instagram
- This isn’t just about strategy, it’s hands-on, high-impact creation. From filming short-form thought leadership pieces to behind-the-scenes office moments, you’ll be the driving force making B2B content feel exciting, human, and actually worth watching
- Collaborate directly with platform giants like TikTok, Snap, and YouTube. You'll be at the centre of campaigns that matter, partnering with our sales, marketing, and creative teams across EMEA (and globally) to turn brilliant ideas into smart, shareable, performance-driven content
- In the first few months, you would have:

- Built and Launched a Revitalised B2B Content Calendar
- Developed and rolled out a fresh, strategically aligned content calendar across LinkedIn, TikTok, and Instagram, driving engagement and visibility with our key audiences
- Produced Standout Social Video Content
- Planned, shot, and edited a series of short-form videos that reflect our tone of voice and elevate our brand presence - showcasing our thought leadership, culture, and client success stories
- Embedded with Internal Teams and Begin Building a Creator Culture
- Integrated into the wider team and built strong relationships across departments helping to foster a ‘camera-ready’ office culture that embraces content creation and understands its value
- Launched at Least One Email Campaign Series
- Owned and delivered a series of B2B email campaigns (newsletters, product launches, or report comms), with tracked improvements in open and click-through rates
- Delivered Key Content for a Strategic Account Campaign
- Worked with the Senior Marketing Manager and Sales team to create tailored content or comms for a major platform partner (e.g., TikTok, Snap, YouTube) that supports a high-value campaign or event
- Lead our B2B content strategy across LinkedIn, TikTok, and Instagram, aligning content with our communication pillars
- Coordinate and lead marketing content ideation sessions
- Plan, shoot, and edit high-quality video content for social ranging from behind-the-scenes culture clips to thought leadership and campaign case studies
- Own our content calendar, ensuring consistent and engaging storytelling across all platforms
- Spot and adapt cultural, platform, and creator trends to keep our content fresh and relevant
- Brief and manage creators and internal staff as needed
- Own the email marketing function: planning, content creation, segmentation, and reporting
- Write and design regular B2B newsletters, and audience-specific updates
- Test and optimize for open rates, CTRs, and engagement
- Able to upload and make edits to parts of the website based on new report releases, comms uploads etc
- Work collaboratively with our Senior Marketing Manager on key accounts across the business including platform partners like TikTok, Snap and Youtube, owning projects that sit beneath them to release the full potential of client specific work including: content, events and comms
- Support sales outreach and nurturing with relevant comms support / content
- Collaborate closely with client and sales teams to align on goals and execution
