Who you are
- Bachelor’s Degree
- At least 10 years of experience in sales and account management in the healthcare, health-tech, and/or pharma space
- Ability to identify the needs of potential clients and offer company-based solutions to provide a positive ROI
- Possess excellent analytical skills, problem-solving skills, and decision-making
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines
- Working knowledge of the Hubspot platform, including implementation best practices, systems analysis procedures, project techniques, and practices
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Must be able to read and interpret contract language
- Prior experience working in the healthcare industry is required

What the job involves
- This position will serve as a Strategic Account Manager responsible for managing Hippocratic AI’s existing accounts as assigned, delivering superior management of the existing scope of work, and growing into new business
- Daily activities will include managing strategic executive contacts for designated accounts, managing existing expectations and service delivery levels on current services, identifying new service opportunities per account, and supporting the Chief Revenue Officer in generating net new and partner-generated sales activities
- This position will work directly with potential or existing clients as well as Hippocratic AI’s internal staff, including but not limited to Growth, Operations, and Leadership, to align efforts and communications
- Act as a key leader on Hippocratic AI’s Team with direct responsibility for the delivery of Hippocratic AI’s financial and strategic goals in collaboration with other executives and reporting to the Chief Revenue Officer
- Manage strategic accounts through initial design, onboarding, client advocacy, and growth of programs and services, including but not limited to assisting with challenging client requests or issue escalation and training when needed
- Lead account management activities directed at achieving Hippocratic AI’s sales, profitability, cash flow targets, and business goals for assigned accounts
- Drive account management outcomes, ultimately resulting in an additional scope of service per client and strong renewal rates with a higher Total Contract Value per client. This includes partnering with Customer Success to increase the overall utilization of services for all accounts
- Manages strategic accounts through initial design, onboarding, client advocacy, and growth of programs and services, working alongside Implementation and Customer Success team members
- Support designated new sales efforts by assisting in net new sales opportunities, partnering with the Chief Revenue Officer on moving prospects along the sales pipeline, delivering sales materials and information as necessary, and supporting new sales activities when needed
- Support partnership sales activities, including connecting with all Hippocratic AI’s strategic partners and supporting the Chief Revenue Officer in following up with all partner sales opportunities as needed
- Utilize Hubspot for account management sales activities and business processes/workflows, create standardized reports, manage scorecards, targeting, market analytics, prospecting, and ad-hoc reports to grow current accounts
- Service as partners to Customer Success, the Clinical team, and Operations to help maintain current contractual obligations for current accounts and provide input into potential growth opportunities
- Collaborate with Customer Success to create and deliver client-facing reports that clearly identify contractually obligated goals, objectives, and value, as well as develop routine meeting cadence
- Act as liaison to Marketing to support Hippocratic AI’s go-to-market activities, including the development of use cases, white papers, demos, and reports
- Actively support and promote the company’s core values and objectives through all interactions

The healthcare system is under increasing pressure to improve performance and patient outcomes, while battling inefficient operations and an ongoing staff shortage. Hippocratic AI hopes to help the industry address these issues, by supplying LLM-powered healthcare agents.
Hippocratic's agents can be employed in a number of scenarios, for example follow-ups with discharged patients, health risk assessments, or pre-op chats. Rather than delivering one conversational agent, the company has specified models that deal with different conditions - just one part of its safety-focussed approach.
By taking measures such as getting real nurses to assess its AI, Hippocratic solidifies this commitment to safety. And it's seen significant investments which its using to further fund safety tests as well as develop its product. Most recently, it has partnered with EUCALIA to bring generative AI to Japan, putting the company on a good growth trajectory.
