Role
Who you are
- 2-3 years experience within a commercial team at a publisher, media brand or creative agency, preferably in a strategic role
- Strong analytic, storytelling and problem-solving skills
- Strong communication and excellent deck making, presenting, and copywriting skills
- The ability to extract and communicate meaningful insights from multiple sources of data
- A proven track-record of responding to client RFPs
- Understanding of best practices across influencers / talent, video, on site editorial and white label
- The ability to focus on the detail while also keeping the big picture in mind
- The ability to devise and implement a plan of action against deadlines, effectively coordinating output across different teams and internal stakeholders in short time frames

- The ability to monitor, and interpret trends in the food, community and youth media-space to identify trends and important conversations that we can tap into for our clients
What the job involves
- Work closely and collaboratively with the Commercial Team in owning and crafting proposals and campaign strategy for clients across multiple channels - social, digital, and experiential
- Tap into your knowledge of audience, cultural, editorial and social media trends to create proposals that fulfil our clients’ briefs by authentically connecting them to our brand and audience
- Be responsible for creating proactive proposals with mission-aligned brands to support the commercial team in finding new opportunities
- Source and use insights to demonstrate how commercial partnerships at Mob can positively impact marketing success for our clients
- Play a supporting role throughout the pre-sale process, starting with understanding and dissecting the client’s objectives and challenges and ending with a compelling and competitive proposal only Mob is uniquely positioned to provide
- Manage internal teams during the pre-sale process to collate creative ideas, assess feasibility and success, before translating these into client-facing documents
- Analyse quantitative and qualitative data to uncover opportunities, generate insights, and craft and present unique strategies supporting our content and food teams with creative ideation
- Review creative work to ensure that all work is aligned to our strategy
- Present and pitch proposals to internal stakeholders and clients
- Be an active brand champion, supporting Mob’s mission and Commercial partnerships, internally and externally
