What the job involves

- As an Operations Executive, you’ll be doing some of the most impactful work anywhere: supporting people on life-changing journeys out of homelessness
- It’s not easy. Nothing worth doing ever is. But we take care of everyone who works here with everything from coaching to personal wellbeing budgets and pay highly competitively
- The Job
- After an intense training period, you’ll begin working with a growing number of homeless people: each one an individual with their own goals and challenges
- You’ll need to understand the risks in their lives as you support them towards their goals using our pioneering in-house tech (it’s pretty awesome, honest)
- As well as supporting each person, we’ll expect you to improve Beam as a whole, bringing ideas and the drive to improve our model and tech for everyone

As councils explore next steps, Beam's technology is already redefining how frontline workers deliver care, so they can spend more time on what matters most.
