Who you are
- 4+ years of sales leadership experience in B2B SaaS, preferable
- 6+ years of sales experience in B2B SaaS, preferable
- Experience in inbound and outbound pipeline generation motions

- Impeccable customer skills: communication, empathy, integrity
- Excellent at stakeholder management and keeping partners informed

What the job involves
- We’re looking for a senior sales leader with experience building highly efficient, scalable, and leveraged Sales Development teams to ensure the optimal balance of company growth and customer experience
- As the Head of North America Sales Development, you will partner closely with Marketing & Sales leadership to build inbound & outbound pipeline programs to translate into predictable revenue growth
- You’ll manifest our values and contribute to building a sales culture that is integrated with the entire company
- The right candidate will inspire their team to new heights. They’ll be data-driven, understand top of the funnel and pipeline dynamics, be focused on serving customers and internal stakeholders, excel at building and managing multiple teams, and have experience in making processes more efficient
- We’re looking for someone who will be passionate about customer experience and dedicated to operational efficiency
- This leader should have strong B2B SaaS sales experience and has experienced multi-channel inbound & outbound sales motions previously. Must be comfortable with a high velocity sales org working within a freemium business model and large user base
- This role is based in our San Francisco office with an office-centric hybrid schedule. Along with most Asanas, you’ll work from this office in person on Mondays, Tuesdays, and Thursdays
- Most Asanas have the option to work from home on Wednesdays and Fridays. If you're interviewing for this role, your Talent Acquisition Partner will share more about the in-office requirements
- Hire, coach and develop both experienced managers and early stage sales professionals
- Create a high performance culture where the top SDRs progress to become top performing AEs
- Scale & optimize Inbound Sales Development motions in close partnership with Marketing
- Build predictable Outbound Sales Development motions across the entire customer journey
- Set and achieve ambitious targets quarter after quarter
- Lead strategic planning for SDR program including: pipeline goals, hiring, specializing motions, campaign planning, rep enablement and stakeholder operating cadence
- Partner closely with Marketing, Sales Managers, Customer Success & Sales Enablement
