Senior Business Development Representative, Mastercard

• Bachelor's Degree Required
• "Can do" and positive attitude to effect change, open and creative mindset; comfortable with uncertainty, changing and fast paced environment
• In-depth knowledge / experience using all relevant tools to source and prospect (LinkedIn Sales Nav, Zoominfo, etc.)
• Technology and/or Payments Industry experience preferred
• Excellent oral and written communication, negotiation, sales acumen, product management, project management, leading and influencing others cross functional team members, and technology application skills are critical
• Experience in a Sales/Lead Generation (ideally selling software or software-as-a-service)
• Experience working with fintech’s/payment companies
• Determined personality and driven by results
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including strong listening skills

Desirable

• Methodically prospect up to executive level within enterprise target customers
• Run initial sales calls with partner prospects to qualify opportunities for the Bus Dev Sales team
• Leverage Ethoca data sets to the identify “one to many” opportunities
• Input and track all prospecting and lead management activities in Salesforce.com. Educate, and qualify inbound leads via phone and email to create sales-ready opportunities
• Consistently achieve qualified opportunity quotas (monthly, quarterly, and annually) to ensure revenue objectives
• Disseminate opportunities to the Bus Dev team, educating sales executives as necessary about the opportunity
• Represent Ethoca at industry tradeshows and networking events
• Identify and understand trends within industries and customers
