What the job involves
- Therabody is looking for a detail oriented Sales Operations Associate to assist our domestic and international sales teams with order fulfillment and distributor relations
- They will need to be an organized taskmaster with keen attention to detail. Well organized and ability to self-structure the day
- Monitor orders and fix issues that are preventing them from dropping to 3PLs for shipment
- Communicate order delays to CX team so customers can be notified
- Report any backorders daily to the team and work with CX team to resolve order issues
- Consult with supply chain to understand inventory availability
- Alert website team of any items oversold so that website/marketplaces stock availability can be updated as necessary
- Pull orders from customer portals and EDI platforms and manually enter in NetSuite
- Update inventory on customer portals and EDI platforms
- Upload tracking numbers to customer portals and EDI platforms
- Monitor orders and fix issues that are preventing them from dropping to the 3PL for shipment
- Review backorders daily and work with Sales/Customer to resolve any issues
- Communicate with 3PL and logistics teams to ensure timely shipment of orders
- Set up new SKUs with customers
- Support sales ops team on special projects
