Business Line Manager/Director, Global Relay

• You will have extensive experience working with both on premise and cloud-based voice communication products such as Redbox, Verint and Nice, ideally within financial services
• Having previously worked within the Voice domain, either in a business line leadership, customer solutions architect, or product leadership capacity ideally within financial services, you will be well versed in NICE, Verint, Redbox and similar voice products
• This is a senior position and therefore you will be comfortable working with both leadership and clients alike to ensure your product line vision is effectively implemented and delivered to market
• Above all your work will improve the experience of leveraging voice products in the most effortless way for Global Relay’s customers

• Defining Global Relay’s Voice product line strategy, roadmap and go to market strategy; effectively communicating this broadly to both externals and internal stakeholders
• Being the subject matter expert on Global Relay’s Voice products, capabilities and underlying technologies, working directly with customers to deliver their needs and uncover market opportunities
• Working in conjunction with our sales and customer success teams to derive a winning Voice proposition and go to market strategy for new business opportunities
• Taking a consultative approach using industry knowledge and best practices, coupled with knowledge of how Global Relay’s Voice solutions can drive improvement to secure new business and differentiate us from our competition
• Generating detailed action plans identifying areas of strengths and weaknesses within the customers/prospects operational and business processes clearly identifying where Global Relay can offer operational excellence and bring clear business advantage
• Working in partnership with the product organisation and engineering team to ensure Voice product requirements are effectively captured and that the underlying technical architecture is supportive of Voice requirements
• Acting as point of escalation for Voice customer difficulties. Building the product together with engineering, design teams and wider cross functional teams
• Ensuring that the Business team is ready for feature updates & releases, including building comprehensive release packages and providing education to customer-facing teams where necessary
• Facilitate the cross functional delivery of the necessary building blocks to bring Voice effectively to market across each of our priority market verticals
