Who you are
- Experience in marketing with a focus on B2B
- Highly organised and able to work cross-functionally
- Proficiency with HubSpot
- Excellent written skills to support on content creation, email campaign creation and other copywriting needs
- Proven ability to apply a data driven approach
- Creativity: we want someone who loves coming up with bright, new ideas to test
- Adaptability: as a small team, we’re looking for people who are open to new challenges and can quickly adapt to a changing environment
What the job involves
- As this is a generalist role, you’ll touch all the areas of marketing: from growing the top of the funnel, to coming up with nurture campaigns for further down the funnel
- Own and manage our B2B campaigns acting as the central point coordinating with performance, product and content teams
- Manage Hubspot email campaigns to nurture contacts into warms leads for sales reps
- Maintain the content calendar for the business site collaborating with agencies and in-house teams to publish high quality content and ensuring it’s distributed across owned and paid channels
- Work closely with our product and sales teams to craft and optimise tailored landing pages for each of our campaigns
- Centralise feedback from sales and product teams to ensure ongoing cross-functional alignment
- Identify new initiatives to engage with our Ideal Customer Personas and enhance our marketing strategies
- Monitor and analyse key metrics to gather insights which inform our decision making
- Ensure our strategy and tactics are aligned with our brand, vision and mission
