Role
Who you are
- 3+ years of experience working in business, sales, or marketing operations
- Strong understanding with concepts including lead funnel, sales cycle, and/ or customer lifecycle journeys
- Experience in B2B or B2C SaaS environment
- Experience with BI Tools (Looker preferred)
- Experience with extracting data and building reports in CRMs (Salesforce preferred)
- Excellent verbal, written and presentation skills with proven ability to communicate solutions confidently and effectively
- Entrepreneurial and thrive in a dynamic environment
- Demonstrated ability to prioritize and drive work independently, working with deadlines in a fast paced environment with a consistent track record of exceeding goals
- Proficient in Google G Suite (Slides, Docs, Sheets, etc.), Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Word, Excel, etc.)
What the job involves
- Evaluate, implement, and manage business processes relating to sales, marketing, and finance
- Partner with sales and marketing team to improve data workflows for accurate metrics
- Design workflows to optimize the use of our enterprise tools (Salesforce, Groove, Outreach, Gong, etc.)
- Support the marketing and sales teams by providing the analytics to understand process gaps and design and implement scalable solutions
- Analyze data to support business strategies and initiatives (such as forecasting and capacity planning)
- Translate analysis into insights and recommendations that are actionable for the stakeholders
- Provide support in maintaining departmental management metrics
