What the job involves
- In this role, you’ll apply your wit, AI and automation to solve complex operational challenges across departments - from Go-To-Market to Marketing to HR and more
- Instead of tolerating repetitive tasks, you’ll build automated solutions that make work faster and smarter so you can focus on tasks that need the human touch
- If you love working across different business areas, experimenting with new tech, and making a behind-the-scenes impact, this role puts you at the forefront of Rokt’s AI transformation
- To get you started, you will go through a highly curated onboarding program to understand how Rokt’s products and business operates, to give you the context for acceleration
- We are hiring for an Accelerator to support the London Go-To-Market function as part of the Marketing team
- Event Support & Coordination: Support planning and logistics for internal and external marketing events, including seasonal celebrations, cultural moments, client activations, and executive programming by coordinating with the Marketing, People, and GTM teams to ensure every touchpoint feels elevated, relevant, and “delightfully different.”
- Streamline & Automate: Identify inefficiencies and manual processes across marketing efforts and office management and implement automated workflows or tools (using AI) to save time and reduce errors
- Collaborate Across Teams: Work with stakeholders company-wide to understand their needs and pain points. Lead cross-functional initiatives and secure buy-in for new processes or systems that benefit multiple teams
- Drive Operational Excellence: Monitor the impact of your solutions and continuously refine them. Establish best practices and documentation so improvements stick and scale across the organization
- Get Trained at Speed: You will go through a curated onboarding program to learn the ins and outs of Rokt’s platform
- This will involve doing the work that is manual today, to get the context on how to build automation to solve it. This is your foundation for acceleration
- Your work will directly influence the success of major brands using Rokt. Every recommendation you make and campaign you optimize can translate into significant growth for your clients
