Who you are

5+ years in Technical Project Management and 3 years of experience in a technical role (IT Manager, System Administrator, or equivalent)
4+ years experience working with Salesforce, Netsuite deployments
PMP or MBA in project management or equivalent job experience
Experience managing complex projects across multiple teams
Understanding of standard project management toolsets (Trello, Smartsheets, Asana, MS Project)
Experience working in a GxP regulated industry is a plus
Experience administering Cloud applications such as Gsuite, Okta, 1Password, etc
Strong fundamentals in networking protocols and troubleshooting
Knowledge of best practices involving digital security
Ability to seamlessly connect with external and internal members of the organization for process improvements

What the job involves

A typical work week might consist of helping architect and build new integrations between our Patient facing website and Salesforce, spiking ideas towards a proof-of-concept as part of Agile project work, collaborating with Salesforce developers, Software Engineers, Product Managers, and Technical PMs on effectively applying iPaaS capabilities at BTO
This role will report to the Head of Information Technology
Work with Stakeholders to gather requirements, deliverables, and timeframes that shall lead to a successful project execution
Ability to ramp up quickly on SaaS apps technical knowledge necessary for project execution
Exceptional Knowledge across all areas of IT operations or Business applications but not limited to: Salesforce, NetSuite, AWS etc
Manage internal and external resources to accomplish goals and objectives and project delivery
Create all project deliverables including project plans, communication plan etc. and communicate key milestones and results
Do what's necessary to ensure timelines and milestones are actively achieved
Exceptional to work collaboratively with cross functional teams
Take on other duties as assigned including but not limited to hands on systems support

Our take

BillionToOne is a precision diagnostics company. Its proprietary molecular counting platform (Quantitative Counting Templates) accurately counts DNA molecules at the single-count level, which has the ability to significantly improve disease detection. While initially focused on prenatal screening and oncological liquid biopsies, the company’s QTC technology is highly scalable and has the ability to make vast improvements to a range of disease detection verticals.

The company’s funding efforts - most notably a 2025 IPO - will enable it to focus on further development and commercialisation of its noninvasive prenatal screening test and oncology products. However, it will need to maintain a strategic outlook, prioritising areas with higher testing frequencies to maximise patient benefit and balance test development costs.

BillionToOne has an important role to play in improving healthcare equity. As more promising peer-reviewed research studies are conducted and providers have increased confidence in the company’s tests, BillionToOne has significant growth potential.
