Role
Who you are
- Preferably study Facility, Event, Hospitality Management or related studies
- Have good social and communication skills
- Have hands-on mentality, not reluctant to do simple tasks
- Have curiosity and openness to learn new things
- Take Ownership
- Are fluent in English
- Available for 4 or 5 days a week, of which 3 days in the office in Amsterdam; for at least 4 months
- Are officially registered as a member of an educational institution or a student for the complete duration of the internship
What the job involves
- Office management (80%)
- Be our go-to office person and follow up on service requests from employees
- Support the Workplace & Events Specialist in running workplace operations such as handling incoming and outgoing mail and packages, assisting in setting up laptops for employees, as well as maintaining the cleanliness of the office space - ensuring an enjoyable and pleasant workplace for everyone
- Take care of our office space: office supply inventory, ordering groceries and organization of supplies
- Support onboarding of employees
- Events (20%)
- Organize engaging internal and external events (e.g. bi-weekly themed Thirsty Thursdays, team events etc.)
- Help organize Temper company-wide events such as Temper Summit in November
- Communicate and celebrate special occasions like employees’ birthdays and Temperversaries
