Who you are
- 5+ years of experience leading customer-facing organizations, with a proven track record of driving customer success and revenue growth
- Strong influencing and negotiation skills, with the ability to build consensus and drive action across teams
- Ideally, a combined background of post-sale and sales experience, enabling a holistic understanding of customer needs and revenue drivers
- Deep empathy for customers and a genuine passion for driving revenue and growth
- Thorough understanding of value drivers in recurring revenue business models
- Analytical and process-oriented mindset, with the ability to leverage data to drive insights and decision-making
- Demonstrated commitment to continuous learning and improvement, keeping up with industry trends and customer success best practices
- Enthusiastic and creative leadership style that inspires and motivates others
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal
- Exceptional time management skills, with the ability to prioritize and operate effectively under strict deadlines
- Strong cross-functional collaboration skills, fostering cooperation and alignment across teams
- Experience in the SaaS industry is an asset, demonstrating familiarity with the unique challenges and dynamics of the subscription-based business model

What the job involves
- Monitor and drive customer success outcomes, including churn, expansions, health score, and net promoter score, to achieve business objectives
- Drive new business growth by cultivating advocacy and reference-ability among our customers
- Optimize the customer lifecycle in your territory, from kickoff through onboarding to growth, ensuring a seamless and valuable customer experience
- Manage and lead an efficient and focused customer success team, including recruitment, onboarding, coaching, and fostering collaboration
- Foster strong cross-functional collaboration to achieve common customer success goals and inspire a company-wide culture of customer success
- Utilize technology, such as Gainsight, Salesforce, and Zendesk, to enhance effectiveness and efficiency in customer success operation
