Product Operations Manager, Instacart

• BA/BS degree with 7+ years of experience in operations strategy, product management, business consulting, or finance
• Must also have 5+ years of experience leading and managing projects with various teams
• Solid communication, presentation, and collaboration skills with a proven track record of working with internal and external stakeholders and impacting user experience
• Advanced data skills: 2+ years of SQL and querying, power user of Excel/PowerPoint or Google Sheets/Slides, and experience formulating and presenting analyses and business cases to both technical and non-technical audiences
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple work streams in dynamic environments, prioritize skillfully, and drive continuous improvement through data-driven decision making
• Highly motivated, forward-thinking, and readiness to grow, with proficiency in writing ChatGPT prompts, leveraging AI, and architecting automations

• Bridge gaps between Product, Operations, and other teams, advising on voice of customer and ensuring alignment on key objectives
• Drive product quality and operational excellence by developing feedback channels, operational playbooks, and resolving issues
• Build cross-functional partnerships and use data to back your recommendations to leaders, ensuring the customer feedback contributes to product development
