Graphic Designer, Yaspa

• 3-5 years of experience as a Graphic Designer, ideally but not necessarily in FinTech, payments or a similar B2B sector
• Strong portfolio showcasing brand design, marketing assets, and digital-first creative
• Knowledge of motion graphics or basic video editing After Effects, Premiere Pro)
• Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop)
• Ability to maintain and evolve brand identity while keeping consistency across assets
• Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate with marketing, product, and sales teams
• Experience working in a fast-paced, high-growth environment, managing multiple projects simultaneously

• Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, balancing speed and quality
• Collaborate with external agencies, freelancers, and print vendors as needed
• Work closely with content and marketing teams to enhance storytelling through design. Innovation and optimisation
• Stay up to date with design trends, especially in fintech and iGaming, to keep Yaspaʼs creative fresh and competitive
• Experiment with new design formats and tools to optimise engagement and performance
