Our take
In an age where we are spending more of our lives online, a new wave of technology companies is trying to bring people back into more meaningful, offline connections. While some platforms have attempted to do this at scale, Venn's co-founders believe a more focused, ground-up approach is the key to making it work.
Rather than casting a wide net, Venn is zeroing in on urban apartment buildings, partnering directly with landlords to connect tenants while also delivering clear value to property owners. By combining community-building tools with software that streamlines leasing, payments, and maintenance, the company is positioning itself as a smart operating system for modern apartment living.
Now with fresh funding and rapid expansion across more than 30 states, Venn is entering its next phase of growth. Its platform is not just about connecting neighbors, but about helping property owners run building more efficiently and turn them into stronger, more community-driven brands. If it can keep scaling like this, then Venn has the potential to reshape how people experience apartment living.
