Who you are
- 1+ years in a customer-facing role (Support, Customer Success or Business Development)
- Ability to develop strong client relationships, manage expectations, and critically problem-solve
- Ability to present, communicate, and work effectively with other internal teams
- Outstanding probing and listening skills
- Ability to adapt and work efficiently in a rapidly changing dynamic team environment
- SaaS support experience and/or legal experience desired

What the job involves
- Master the product through a formal onboarding program and continued learning
- Gather, analyze and process client data during data migrations
- Complete assigned tasks in an organized manner to ensure project deadlines
- Proactive outreach to ensure customer success during their first months post-live
- Work in a team environment and partnered with an Onboarding Manager
- Provide timely responses to customer inquiries via phone and email
- Enhance customer satisfaction by providing distinctive service in all interactions
- Establish a trusted advisor relationship to ensure customer satisfaction
- Utilize Zoom to provide efficient face-to-face customer service
- Utilize SalesForce to manage customer interaction and inquiries
- Partner with Sales and Services teams to define ongoing best practices for onboarding tasks
- Receive direction from Manager of Onboarding Services and Onboarding Managers
- Serve as an MyCase brand ambassador to create promoters within industry
Our take
For most lawyers, the need to innovate and digitally transform has been pressing for a long time. However, the pace of transformation has historically been slow in this sector, with firms often hesitant to take up new technological advantages. This is despite the fact that, according to one 2018 survey, over 80% of respondents said that adopting legal tech would have a high positive impact on their firms.
MyCase wants to make this potential a reality. Its product - a powerful legal practice management program - covers the entire client lifecycle with Lead Management, Case Management, Billing and Invoicing, and robust Reporting. At a base level, its strategy is centered around boosting firm efficiency and client experience. On top of this, though, it's also looking to disrupt through market-leading features such as integrated MyCase Payments, 2-way text messaging, and the MyCase Client Portal.
Though the legal sector has historically been slow to change, there's good evidence that this trend is starting to shift the other way. It has been announced that AffiniPay (the parent company of LawPay) - the industry leader in legal payments, has acquired MyCase. This collaboration will intertwine both products and is set to strengthen both LawPay and MyCase’s commitment to serving all law firms and their existing and new clients with a unified platform.
