Who you are

5+ years in Graphic, Brand, Visual, or Marketing Design, with a preference for candidates who have worked in high-growth startups
Strong ability to engage deeply with the strategic aspects of design work, beyond just the visual elements
Expert in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite (including After Effects). Experience with 3D tools (e.g., Cinema 4D) and CSS/HTML/JavaScript is a plus
Extensive experience in producing engaging creative for Paid Social advertising and Social Media
Experience designing highly visual landing pages
The ability to understand and follow a design system, as well as challenge and contribute to it
Exceptional skills in prioritization and time-management
An understanding of the investment world is great, but it’s not required. A willingness to learn about it is a must, though!

What the job involves

Direct, oversee and execute design for all advertising, marketing, and brand-related initiatives. This includes designing landing pages, social media and even company swag!
Define and create visually engaging motion animations for individual campaigns and social media
Storyboard and prototype multiple ideas quickly, and validate creative direction by analysing how potential customers engage with your work
Contribute to the ongoing development of the Lightyear brand, enhancing our Brand Book as we go
