Role
Who you are
- 1-2 years of experience in user acquisition or similar, ideally within mobile gaming
- Familiarity with the free-to-play model and mobile gaming, especially in tactical or strategy games
- Strong analytical skills, with experience using tools like Appsflyer, Singular, or Adjust
- Experience managing campaigns across multiple platforms (Google Ads, Facebook, TikTok, Unity Ads)
- A collaborative mindset and excellent communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets for analysis and reporting
Desirable
- Have a passion for gaming
- Experience working on campaigns for a free-to-play mid- or hardcore game
- Know how to optimize creative content for user acquisition
- Are familiar with creative testing and ad optimization

What the job involves
- As a User Acquisition Manager, you’ll be a key player in expanding our game's audience
- You'll create strategies, manage budgets, and make data-driven decisions to boost player engagement and grow our audience
- This role is ideal for someone who understands the free-to-play model and thrives in the RPG, tactical, or strategy genres
- Lead user acquisition campaigns across multiple platforms (Google Ads, Facebook, TikTok, Instagram, Unity Ads, and more)
- Collaborate with creative teams to produce engaging ads that resonate with our target players
- Optimize campaigns to ensure efficient use of ad spend, focusing on key metrics like CPI, RPI, and ROAS
- Analyze performance data to refine strategies and improve results
- Build and maintain strong relationships with advertising platforms and partners
- Explore new ad platforms, formats, and targeting strategies to unlock growth opportunities
Our take
Over the years mobile devices have become more and more powerful, and as a result people playing games on them have begun to expect more from what's on offer than the relatively simple titles of yesteryear. Recognising this change in the market, mobile gaming veterans from King, DICE and Rovio came together to form Snowprint Studios, a games developer aimed squarely at the growing "midcore" gamer demographic: players who game daily and expect a little more depth than casual clickers.
Snowprint has to date produced three major releases: Legend of Solgard, Rivengard and Warhammer 40,000 Tactitus (based on the popular Games Workshop franchise). These games have attracted uniformly high reviews for their tight gameplay and high production values, and the company has grown a playerbase of over 1.5 million gamers across its properties.
Developing within the Warhammer franchise was a smart move for Snowprint, as it taps into a playerbase that is comfortable with repeated microtransactions (in its original incarnation it was a rather expensive tabletop miniatures game where figures are bought individually or in small groups), and there are rumours of an Amazon series based on the property which will further bolster interest in Snowprint's offering. Snowprint accordingly is prioritising its marketing efforts and preparing for an influx of new players over 2023 and beyond.
