Paralegal, Dashlane

• 3+ years of experience as a paralegal, legal operations professional, or in another relevant role with relevant responsibilities

Desirable

• As Dashlane's Paralegal, you will be the first departmental hire aside from the General Counsel, with an opportunity to shape the role based on strengths and preferences
• You'll have the opportunity to work with basic commercial contracts (NDAs, etc.), take on new tasks, ask questions, and work with a wide range of stakeholders across the organization
• The balance of "legal" versus "operational" tasks will be shaped by the your strengths and interests
• Perform initial review of standard contracts (NDAs, vendor agreements, customer agreements)
• Oversee the vendor approval process (procurement function)
• Work closely with Engineering, Security and People teams to obtain certifications (e.g., SOC 2, ISO)
• Work closely with the Sales function and Deal desk to improve reporting of legal requirements
• Track legal spend and related vendors (e.g., auditors)
• Be the primary liaison between the legal function and designated company functions, with an opportunity to be exposed to and develop expertise in areas of interest
