• As the Marketing Operations Manager, you will own and optimize the operational backbone of Veza’s marketing efforts, ensuring alignment across marketing, sales, and revenue operations
• You’ll be responsible for managing marketing systems, tracking performance, and driving process improvements that fuel pipeline growth
• This role is highly collaborative, working closely with cross-functional teams to deliver actionable insights and support marketing campaigns that scale
• Own and manage marketing automation platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Marketo) and ensure seamless integration with CRM systems (Salesforce)
• Maintain and enhance marketing databases, ensuring data hygiene and segmentation accuracy
• Collaborate with Sales and Revenue Operations to optimize MQL routing, lead scoring, and follow-up processes
• Develop and maintain dashboards to measure marketing performance, pipeline impact, and campaign ROI
• Analyze marketing data to identify trends, insights, and opportunities for optimization
• Report regularly on the effectiveness of campaigns and provide recommendations for improvement
