What the job involves

We are looking for a Head of Product to lead our Freelance & Company Formation vertical. This role combines strategic leadership with hands-on product execution
You will define the vision and strategy, build the roadmap, and guide cross-functional teams to deliver solutions that empower freelancers and entrepreneurs to easily start and manage their companies across Europe
Own the vision, strategy, and roadmap for the Freelance & Company Formation vertical
Conduct research into customer needs, regulations, and market opportunities across European markets
Work closely with design, engineering, operations, compliance, and marketing to deliver best-in-class solutions
Ensure the product offers a simple and compliant experience for freelancers and SMEs setting up companies
Define and track success metrics, using data to prioritize and iterate effectively
Explore and build partnerships to accelerate product adoption and market expansion
Inspire, mentor, and lead a product team focused on execution and customer success
