Role
Who you are
- Proven track record in enterprise software sales, with a focus on new business acquisition in Switzerland
- Strong understanding of spend management, procurement, or financial SaaS solutions
- Experience working with partner resellers and digital sales teams to drive new customer acquisition
- Exceptional ability to manage complex sales cycles, engage with multiple stakeholders, and close high-value deals
- Executive presence, self-motivation, and a results-driven approach
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment with a strong sense of ownership
- Fluency in German and English required
- Willingness to travel as needed

What the job involves
- Territory Ownership: Drive sales activities in Switzerland, fully focused on acquiring new business with no responsibility for existing customer management
- Pipeline Development & Sales Execution: Build and maintain a robust sales pipeline, taking ownership of the entire sales cycle from prospecting to closing
- Collaboration with Digital Sales & Partner Resellers: Work closely with the Digital Sales Team and Partner Resellers to drive joint sales motions, optimize engagement strategies, and ensure effective execution of go-to-market initiatives
- Strategic Prospecting & Lead Generation: Identify new opportunities, proactively engage with potential customers, and develop strategies to establish Coupa’s presence in the market
- High-Value Deal Closing: Engage with multiple stakeholders across departments and levels to navigate complex sales cycles and drive high-value engagements
- Market Expansion: Identify and execute strategies to expand Coupa’s footprint in Switzerland, leveraging both direct and partner-led sales approaches

Coupa has been recognized as a leading brand in third-party risk management (TPRM). Using AI software, its TPRM software takes data from hundreds of sources and generates risk flags across the entire platform, informing the user’s processing decisions.
