Senior Product Manager, Hinge Health

• 5+ years of experience in product management of connected hardware and technology products
• Hardware technical fluency; strong comfort understanding and discussing technology concepts, experience evaluating tradeoffs and new opportunities with technical team members
• Demonstrated success in leading 0-to-1 development of products, especially in the healthcare space
• Excellent problem-solving, project-management, and communication skills
• Strong analytical and experimental design skills

Desirable

• In this role, you will build and implement the vision for Hinge Health’s entire hardware and devices portfolio
• This will include transformative technologies, such as with our Enso pain relief product line, which delivers non-addictive, non-invasive pain relief to our members with chronic pain and encourages empowerment and recovery
• You will work closely with a broad set of stakeholders across HW engineering, SW engineering, and HW Ops, as well as design, clinical, coaching, commercial, and other PMs in R&D to deliver impactful solutions at scale
• Collectively, you will iterate on the program design and innovate on the features and functionality required to improve member pain relief, engagement, and retention
• Take a major role in defining product vision, strategy, and objectives
• Help develop and implement product-development practices, particularly related to rapid iteration
• Mentor team members in adoption of these best practices
• Ship products within a cross-functional team, working closely with design, engineering, sales/marketing, and the clinical team throughout the whole process
• Work directly with executives and founders as the voice of your product team
• Track usage analytics, and patient impact of launches
• Ultimate responsibility for shipping products with meaningful business results, on time
