Who you are
- This role is ideal for someone who is organized, collaborative, and passionate about creating great customer experiences through partnerships
- 5+ years of experience in partnerships and/or program management, ideally in a consumer technology business
- A strong cross-functional operator who can manage external relationships and internal teams simultaneously
- Highly organized with the ability to prioritize ruthlessly and deliver results in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment
- An excellent communicator — equally comfortable in a partner QBR and an executive update
- Data-driven, detail-oriented, and focused on continuous improvement
- A self-starter and creative problem solver who thrives with ownership
- Someone who’s comfortable shifting between strategic thinking and hands-on execution as the situation demands
- A quick learner who’s comfortable adopting new tools and systems - whether that's a CRM, ticketing platform, project management tool, or partner-facing tech
- Someone who is able to independently pull, structure, and analyze data to surface insights and support decision-making
- Willing to travel up to 10% of the time and as needed at critical project milestones
- Computer Use: Typing, mouse work, and sitting and looking at a computer potentially for long periods of time
- Hand Use: Regular hand use for various tasks
- Hearing Requirements: Ability to hear alarms, signals, and verbal instructions
- Lifting and Carrying: Ability to lift, carry, and move materials up to 25 pounds
- Phone Answering: Talking on the phone and texting may be required, as well as manual dexterity to operate a computer and phone system efficiently
- Sitting or Standing: Ability to sit or stand for extended periods of time
What the job involves
- We're looking for a Program Manager to be an early and impactful member of PSA’s growing Partnerships team
- This role will focus on supporting and scaling PSA’s strategic partnership with eBay, helping collectors seamlessly authenticate and grade their items across platforms
- The Program Manager will play a key role in driving cross-functional initiatives that enhance the PSA-eBay authentication and grading experience
- They will coordinate efforts across product, operations, marketing, finance, and analytics to ensure projects stay on track, performance is monitored, and opportunities become realities
- You’ll report to the Director of Strategic Partner Services and work from our Santa Ana, CA office
- Partner Management
- Serve as a primary point of contact for eBay’s AG team, leading on all partner communication and owning the health, satisfaction, and growth of each relationship
- Lead day-to-day management including cross-functional issue resolution with internal teams including Customer Care, Operations, Accounting, Project Management, and Tech
- Drive program management for global partner implementations
- Cross-Functional Execution
- Manage project timelines, deliverables, and stakeholder updates across internal and external teams
- Anticipate risks, communicate tradeoffs, and keep stakeholders aligned
- Performance & Operations
- Monitor key metrics, synthesize partner feedback, and implement data-driven improvements
- Enable operational excellence: Identify process gaps, streamline communication, and help establish scalable systems for program tracking and reporting
- Champion collaboration and visibility: Communicate program goals, progress, and learnings to executive stakeholders, ensuring transparency and shared ownership across teams

Collectors offers a range of services for the collectibles industry including authentication and grading, collectibles research and sourcing tools, and a buy-and-sell marketplace. The industry is going through a huge renaissance, with a particularly high demand for sports and trading games cards, and Collectors has come to the fore as a major name.
The fact that Collectors is more than a marketplace serves it well in the space. Indeed, its most popular services appear to be grading and authentication, as well as storage vault services. And, with the collectibles industry forecast to double in value by the end of the decade, Collectors is in a position of serious strength.
