Lead Product Designer, Alteryx

• 6–10 years of experience designing complex, user-facing products
• Proficient with Figma
• Lead design critiques, provide feedback, and help raise the quality bar across the org
• Improve team processes, including documentation, workflow practices, and quality checks
• Skilled in systems thinking and information architecture
• Able to work in both structured enterprise environments and fast moving startup conditions
• Strategic, hands-on, and growth-minded

• We are looking for a Lead Product Designer who can work across multiple teams and levels of the organization. You will guide product vision, set the direction for complex systems, and drive high quality design from early concept through delivery
• This role is both strategic and hands on. You will work with executives, partner closely with product and engineering leaders, and collaborate with squads to bring clear, scalable, user centered experiences to life
