  • Proven track record of closing complex deals with large buying committees including multiple personas
  • Excellent communication, presentation and negotiation skills, with the ability to tailor messaging to resonate with C-level executives
  • Process-driven approach to sales, with strong CRM discipline and experience running structured deal cycles

What the job involves

  • As an Account Executive at VTS, you’ll drive revenue growth by selling our full suite of products across an expansive territory and multiple commercial real estate asset classes.
  • You’ll have the opportunity to build and own a book of business, cultivating new client relationships while driving long-term value through strategic upselling and expansion
  • Help bring Commercial Real Estate into the 21st Century - mapping mid-market customers’ key issues to our solution
  • Become an expert on the VTS product suite and value proposition
  • Present to C-level executives on the value of the VTS solution through product demonstrations in person and via web tools
  • Represent VTS and evangelize our vision through in-market events, industry groups, and CRE specific initiatives
  • Prospect, nurture, and close new business
  • Accurately forecast and execute on quarterly revenue targets
  • Negotiate pricing and sales contracts to close new business while navigating multiple decision makers
  • Work closely with sales, account management, and customer support teams to ensure our customers are successful
  • Form relationships with senior decision makers, asset managers, and brokers at the top commercial real estate firms across the country, with some travel expected (approximately once a month) to meet with clients in-person

Our take

Commercial real estate is a difficult business sector to plan for, especially for the largest firms managing huge portfolios of prime office space.
