Who you are

You have 1 or more years experience in a similar role
You have a portfolio that celebrates your learning and skills - showcasing sharp, analytical problem solving skills, as well as your keen eye for visual UI details
You have an ability to communicate articulately your thoughts and motivations, and are self-motivated and able to efficiently run with a project without close supervision
You’re able to plan and conduct qualitative and quantitative research, interpreting and sharing results and putting them into action
You have some experience working in a tech environment, comfortable collaborating closely with other designers, product managers, engineers and stakeholders

What the job involves

We are looking for an ambitious and creative Associate Product Designer
You will be reporting into the Product Designer and working alongside a Product Manager and a team of Engineers in a cross-functional capacity
As an Associate Product Designer you’ll be responsible for product design across the entire product lifecycle from UX to UI, from carrying out user research, developing early concepts to user flows, wireframes to prototyping
You’ll document interactions and final designs in Figma, ensuring clear high-fidelity UI and UX specs to clearly communicate requirements
You'll be responsible for the product design work in a squad, collaborating closely with a Product Manager, Technical Lead and engineers to move the needle forward on Stint’s goals and objectives
You’ll also communicate design concepts to various internal and external Stakeholders to create an effective understanding of the product design and the rationale behind your decisions
You’ll work closely to collaborate and learn from our Senior Product Designer, taking part in regular design critiques and design system efforts to ensure top-notch design standards across the Stint products
