Exceptional cognitive ability

Advanced skills in spreadsheets (Excel or Google Sheets), and exceptional presentation skills (PowerPoint, Google Slides, or Pitch)
Basic skills in MySQL and intermediate skills in data analysis
Cherry on the cake: coding skills for writing building scripts for task automation and calling simple APIs
Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a Bachelor’s or Master’s program
Previous work experience in management consulting, investment banking, private equity, venture capital, or a VC-backed startup
Must be based in Berlin or willing to relocate

What the job involves

We seek a highly motivated and skilled Founders Associate to support our founders (Jakob & Sebastian) in a diverse range of tasks
This role is ideal for a sharp-minded individual with a passion for learning and a particular appetite for new challenges
The ideal candidate will embrace uncharted project territory, and face opportunities with enthusiasm and a strong hands-on mentality. Based on performance this position can transition into a lead full-time position
Assemble presentations for all-hands meetings and investor reports
Ideate, create, and manage growth tools, such as ROI calculators
Develop sales collateral for new market segments
Streamline accounting and bookkeeping processes
Analyze new market opportunities and user feedback to inform product development
Lead projects for localizing marketing content to new markets
Conduct interviews with customers to gather feedback on upcoming product releases
Organize and prepare data room assets for fundraising efforts
Interns must commit to a minimum of 3 months
Working students must commit to a minimum of 6 months
