Role
Who you are
- Minimum of 7 years in customer-facing technical roles, including pre-sales, solutions engineering, or technical architecture
- Minimum of 3 years managing technical teams in pre-sales, solutions engineering, or technical architecture, with demonstrated leadership skills
- Outstanding communication and presentation skills, with an ability to simplify complex concepts
- Proven expertise in technical integrations and POC delivery
- Proficiency in programming languages (e.g., Java, Go, Python)
- Solid understanding of observability, log management, APM, RUM, and SIEM
- Background in Engineering/DevOps is a plus
- Strong hands-on knowledge of Kubernetes, AWS, Azure, GCP, Docker, Prometheus, and OpenTelemetry
- Ability to design and implement tailored solutions, such as integrating OpenTelemetry with existing monitoring systems, to address diverse operational needs

- As a Solutions Engineering Lead (Pre-sales), you will play a pivotal role in driving our customer engagements and leading a team of skilled professionals to deliver technical excellence
- You will combine technical expertise, leadership, and strategic vision to ensure customers achieve the best outcomes on their observability and security journeys
- Lead and mentor a team of pre-sales professionals, fostering growth and driving both individual and team success
- Strategize with account executives to navigate complex technical sales cycles successfully
- Conduct impactful presentations and demonstrations tailored to diverse personas, from engineers to C-suite executives
- Oversee Proof of Concepts (POCs), ensuring alignment with customer success metrics and seamless technical integration for customer environments
- Develop innovative solutions to address customer challenges and enhance product offerings
- Foster a culture of innovation and excellence, positioning Coralogix as a thought leader in observability

The drive towards data-driven business decision making, coupled with the rising complexity of data infrastructure has led to huge amounts of capital investment into Data Observability companies.
Coralogix is one such company – along with the likes of Crible and Monte-Carlo – to have secured hundreds of millions in funding as they look to get ahead of the competition. Each offers solutions that ensure the integrity and quality of data, but Coralogix sets itself apart by not requiring manual indexing from engineers.
The knock on effect of this model is that engineers can make faster queries, while large-scale data systems are able to grow without burdening engineers with manual tasks.
Though founded in Israel in 2014, Coralogix has been scaling aggressively since 2019, opening a second HQ in California and offices in India and the UK. Considering the health of the Data Observability market as well as its heavy funding, Coralogix looks well positioned for further growth, especially off the back of 2022 funding and its 2023 release of a Tracing Cost Optimiser, which claims to save 90% more on data ingestion costs.
