• A Bachelor’s degree in Accounting from an accredited university or college; CPA preferred
• 5+ years of accounting experience
• Must be willing to work at or relocate to headquarters in Austin, TX as this is an in-office position
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and experience with ERP system and accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP, Oracle)
• In-depth knowledge of GAAP and financial reporting requirements
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
• Superior communication and interpersonal skills
• Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and meet tight deadlines
• Strong organizational skills and ability to work independently or collaboratively

• In this position you will play a crucial role in managing complex accounting tasks, ensuring the accuracy of financial information, and supporting the company’s financial operations
• Your contributions will play an essential role in supporting the company through hyper-growth as you forecast the future and while scaling both revenue and internal relationships
• Lead the month-end and year-end close processes in a timely manner, including preparation of journal entries, reconciliation workpaper, and account variance analysis
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and generate account reconciliations and management reports
• Maintain and reconcile general ledger accounts, ensuring accuracy and completeness. Reconcile sub-ledger to general ledger account balances. Research and resolve accounting issues
• Coordinate and prepare for internal and external audits, ensuring compliance with US GAAP and regulatory standards
• Assist in the preparation and filing of federal, state, and local tax returns, as well as other regulatory filings
• Support various accounting projects and work closely with other departments, including Supply Chain, Operations, and Business Development, across the whole organization
• Develop and implement internal control procedures to ensure the integrity of financial information
• Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement best practices to enhance efficiency and accuracy
