Who you are
- 1 to 2 years of professional experience, in a product, growth or consulting-related role
- Eye for Design, you are not shy to get early MVPs and design done on Figma yourself
- Knowledge on web applications, you know how to debug an issue on a web-app and understand JSON structures
- Outstanding writing skills, we are a team of passionate writers ourselves. We see the written word as a key for communicating internally as well as externally, the ability to effectively cause both understanding and action in others without the use of the written word is essential
- Outstanding analytical skills, demonstrated ability to break down complex problems, ability to frame the right questions, objectively analyze and evaluate a problem or issue, and problem-solve including simulating possible outcomes

- Domain knowledge with previous demonstrated experience in growing SaaS products around SME, Enterprise andcontent software

What the job involves
- You will be working eye to eye with the founders and have the autonomy and responsibility to set the tracks for future of our beloved products
- We are looking for somebody who is well accustomed to his lead a team of engineers and have a great idea for UI / UX design
- Work with cross-functional teams of incredibly talented engineering, design, product and analytics
- You will be responsible for defining the roadmap and requirements of the product
- Lead multiple projects and cross-team product initiatives across the entire product lifecycle
- Partnering with business and operations stakeholders as well as understanding our end-users better than anyone
- Responsible to lead product impact and value creation for our users and customers
Our take
Text is often taken for granted, but the ability to generate engaging copy is often out of the reach of companies. Writing product descriptions, marketing materials and blog articles is both time consuming and expensive to outsource. TextCortex was founded to solve this problem, using the latest natural language generation (NLG) technologies to automatically produce copy at a fraction of the time and cost of a human writer.
TextCortex's solution has so far been well-received, with excellent reviews on TrustPilot. It has seen applications in e-commerce as well as being used as a tool by students and writers to assist in preparing articles. However, there have been criticisms that the NLG technology is not quite mature enough to live up to the company's promises, and the articles generated by the engine require as much work to polish as it would take to write from scratch.
TextCortex completed a pre-seed funding round in 2022, led by btov Partners. It is using this investment to improve the technology, hire additional talent, and increase its user base. If it is able to overcome the current limitations of NLG AI, it stands to become a major player in the language AI space.
