Who you are
- Fluent English and French skills - Additional languages are a plus
- 3+ years experience in a customer-facing technical role with SaaS solutions, or as a consultant in a consulting company
- Highly dependable, team player with high energy, positive attitude and with great organization and time management skills
- Must possess strong presentation skills and be able to communicate professionally in written responses to emails, proposals, and formal preferably RFPs
- Experience positioning an application that requires a customer’s change in process
- Strong technical aptitude for learning new technologies
- Solution selling experience is a nice to have in large-scale evaluations that involve multiple departmental stakeholder interests: Marketing, Sales, E-Commerce, Operations, IT and Security
- Experience with PIM, DAM and/or ERP solutions is preferred but not required - SupplierXM knowledge is a nice to have
- Ability and willingness for 20% travel
What the job involves
- Design and develop solutions that address functional, technical, and integration requirements in French and English working environments
- Present solutions remotely, and on-site, to brands of all sizes
- Clearly articulate complex data flow and data transformation processes
- Work collaboratively across multiple departments:
- With Customer Success to document and scope implementation services
- With Product and Engineering teams to influence and drive the product roadmap
- With Marketing to be the face of the messaging and to provide industry feedback
- Provide industry thought leadership to prospective customers

Salsify provides eCommerce retailers with a single platform to keep tabs on inventory, and unify and enrich product content descriptions used at all points of sales. The company can also manage customers’ journeys through data analysis which can allow for more personalized, engaging messaging.
As the retail world shifts more towards eCommerce, brands have to give more consideration to the customer’s digital experience from first impression to purchase. This proves challenging as each route to sale differs from the next, which in turn creates the need for a stack like Salsify.
It’s not the only company of its kind, with the likes of Salesforce and Contently having products with similar functions, but Salsify is performing strongly and has an impressive set of customers on its books including Coca-Cola and Mars. Having raised substantial funding, the company reached unicorn status in 2022, with investment cited to enable Salsify to deliver on its vision to serve as the global system of record and work for digital commerce experiences.
