Who you are
- Experienced in working with tools such as HubSpot, Zendesk, Monday, Asana etc
- Experienced in G-Suite: Gmail, Google Docs, Slides and Sheets
- Skilled in writing in a warm, friendly and concise manner
- Experience of B2B customer success in a management/leadership role, and be able to share stories of great outcomes with us

What the job involves
- We are growing fast, and we need an experienced B2B Customer Success leader to work with our young but wonderful team of 2 customer success managers, to look after our growing corporate customer portfolio
- As we are early stage, this late stage founding team have all helped the business by taking less than market rate packages, however, we shall correct this when we hit Series A, and also award generous equity to the team as thanks
- Manage and refine the customer onboarding, launch events, internal communications and awareness of MYNDUP services
- Account management, monthly reporting, engagement updates, renewals and retention
- Keeping customers updated on developments of the service, platform and practitioner community
- Encouraging customer advocacy through NPS, reviews, surveys, case studies, testimonials and referrals
- Upselling and Cross-selling throughout the customer’s life-cycle
- Continuously reviewing and improving the customer full life-cycle experience
- Manually analyse existing data to generate insights and performance reports. You will use this information to work with the team and provide recommendations to customers on how they could better promote the platform to increase their employee’s engagement with MYNDUP’s services
- You will work productively with internal teams, providing input to product, marketing, sales and support teams on how clients are using the platform, and how we can improve it

In recent years, mental health has accelerated as a topic in public discussion. Over 264 million people suffer from depression globally which costs the global economy $1 trillion every year. Moreover, clinical anxiety increased by over 30% in February - March 2020 while the wider effects of mental health from Covid-19 are yet to be fully addressed. However, EAP providers and insurance companies have failed to address this issue as academic research concludes that a range of different mental health solutions are required for effective treatment.
This is why MYNDUP is stopping the “one size fits all” approach to mental health by offering live 1-1 video sessions across the mental health spectrum: Therapy, Counselling, Life and Career Coaching, Mindfulness & Meditation. To provide this service, MYNDUP has a network of world-renowned practitioners who all hold qualifications in their field.
MYNDUP is currently working with organisations such as Savills, The Office Group, DTRE, LWM and Premier Miton Investors servicing over 20K employees in 20+ countries. They have stated that MYNDUP has reduced employee Stress, Anxiety & Depression in 96% of users.
MYNDUP has already seen success as they won the CVC Capital Young Innovator Awards 2020 receiving a private equity grant and ongoing mentoring. They are also backed by the London Stock Exchange Group and Centre for Entrepreneurs as part of their 2021 mentoring programme.
