Who you are

Ceribell is looking for a motivated, detail-oriented Sales Strategy and Operations Analyst who is eager to learn and grow
This is a great opportunity for someone early in their career who loves solving problems, working with data, and wants to contribute to meaningful work that improves patient lives
Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Engineering, or another quantitatively rigorous field
1-3 years of experience in an analytically-focused role, MedTech experience is a plus
Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills
Experience with Salesforce or BI tools is preferred
AI/Gemini experience or skills is a plus
Curious, data-driven mindset with a passion for improving systems and processes
Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Excitement to roll up your sleeves and help build systems and strategies from the ground up

What the job involves

In this role, you’ll support our sales team and play a key part in making our sales processes smarter, more efficient, and more impactful
Enable data-driven decisions: Build reports, dashboards, and run analyses to support forecasting, performance reviews, program evaluation
Optimize sales systems and processes: Customize Salesforce, implement automation, and improve internal tools to streamline processes
Collaborate with sales teams: Partner closely with territory managers to translate insights into action
Assist in sales strategy projects: Contribute to initiatives like territory planning, quota setting and enablement tools
Drive cross-functional collaboration: Partner with Sales, Finance, Marketing, GTM team and HR to identify opportunities for improvement
Support strategic initiatives: Help drive annual planning, territory design, quota setting, and compensation operations as the team scales

Our take

Ceribell has created a cloud-based, AI-enabled electroencephalography (EEG) headset which helps diagnose seizures without the presence of an EEG technologist or specialist interpreter, allowing for faster diagnosis and better treatment.

Though founded back in 2014, Ceribell experienced a huge breakthrough in 2022 when its system was granted FDA clearance to help diagnose suspected seizures, which has led to a boost in venture capital investment.

The company has also gone on to receive the FDA’s Breakthrough Device Designation for its ability to diagnose delirium, or acute brain failure and was placed on the World's Most Innovative COmpanies List 2023 by the Fast Company. Ceribell has no plans on stopping there though, and intends to grow its team rapidly in a bid to expand its tech capabilities for a range of other neurological conditions.
