Role
Who you are
- Minimum of 5 years of finance experience, including at least 2 years in an FP&A role
- A Master's degree or an academic equivalent in finance, accounting, or controlling
- Understanding of budgeting, forecasting, and management reporting processes
- Comfort working in a dynamic and agile company environment
- Excellent analytical skills
- Advanced skills in automation, reporting, and data visualization
- Comfortable working with scattered information (e.g., various ERPs, data warehouses, BI tools)
- A structured approach to work
- Attention to detail
- Consistency in figures
- Advanced proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint
- Experience in reporting and planning tools like Lucanet, BPC, PBCS, and Jet reports would be ideal
- Business fluency in English; German is a plus
What the job involves
- Reporting directly to the Head of FP&A
- Handling monthly and quarterly management reporting, including preparation of Executive Leadership Team decks and external management decks
- Supporting company-wide budgeting and forecasting processes
- Assisting in the preparation of strategic planning instruments tailored for a fast-paced, agile business environment, including multi-year plans, deep-dive analyses, and scenario modelling
- Reporting on business drivers and operational KPIs
- Conducting variance analysis against targets
- Aligning and collaborating with Accounting and Treasury teams on Balance Sheet, Working Capital, and Cash Flow-related items
- Contributing to projects within the Finance function
