What the job involves
- As a Partnerships Associate on the Real Estate team, you will play a critical role in driving the growth of Roomvo in the real estate space.
- Reporting directly to the Senior Manager, Real Estate Operations, you will help expand our network of real estate partners by focusing on real estate agents and brokerages. You’ll support the full lifecycle of partnership development—from bringing in new business to onboarding clients, and ensuring they get the most out of our platform
- Conduct outbound prospecting via a multi-channel approach, including emails, LinkedIn, and phone calls
- Attend trade shows, in-person events, and meetings
- Run full sales cycles for smaller opportunities, while supporting senior leadership in progressing larger deals
- Assist in onboarding new partners and gathering feedback to ensure satisfaction and long-term engagement
- Work directly with customers after go-live to ensure they get the most out of Roomvo
- Collaborate with product and marketing to ensure alignment between partner needs and our go-to-market approach
- Build and maintain internal documentation, processes, and resources to streamline operations

Our take
Leap Tools is an AR visualisation platform that helps retail customers visualise the products they want to buy within their own homes. Using augmented reality, it purports to increase eCommerce conversion rates by five times and increase web transactions by 10%.
Through its visualisation app Roomvo, Leap Tools can show what products - mainly homeware and furniture - will look like alongside people's other possessions. The idea is to turn potential customers into real customers because they don't have to rely on their imagination.
This simple solution solves a leading problem in eCommerce at a time when the majority of all shopping journeys begin, if not end, online. Leap Tools made its way onto Deloitte’s Fast 500 and Fast 50 for Canada in 2022, indicating a real interest in the product visualization software.
