Who you are
- Experience as a HR/People administrator or coordinator within a fast-paced people function (European HR experience is desirable but not essential)
- A good understanding of various HR software systems (HiBob or TeamTailor would be ideal)
- Highly IT/systems literate. Strong numerical ability with well-developed Excel skills
- A passion for all things People & Talent and looking for ways to improve processes
- Strong organisational skills and the ability to prioritise multiple tasks
- Good interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships with internal and external stakeholders
- Able to handle confidential information with discretion and trust
- A key part of the role is being able to handle a fast moving, constantly changing environment. We are a ‘hands on’ team and being ready to help with whatever comes up is essential!
What the job involves
- As our People and Talent Coordinator, you will have the opportunity to work in a fast-paced and dynamic team environment and contribute to the growth and success of our organisation
- Own all people administration processes, including new joiner documentation, probation tracking, referencing, system and tools setup
- Draft and send offer letters and contracts to new starters
- Support with minute taking for Employee Relation meetings
- Manage employee offboarding processes
- Support with visa and sponsorship processes, liaising with our external lawyers
- Manage and resolve day-to-day people queries and escalate where appropriate
- Collate payroll information every month and submit changes to payroll provider
- Generate weekly joiners and leavers and recruitment reports
- Build and maintain a people dashboard
- Provide general People Management Information on request
- Own our people management system - Bob – ensuring the data held on the system is kept up to date. You will be our Bob wizard!
- Automate processes on Bob to ensure efficiency and the best experience for our teams
- Support the TA Lead with updates to the Cero Applicant Tracking System (TeamTailor) - making sure that candidate status and data is up to date, and adverts are frequently refreshed
- Manage Culture Amp, our people survey system, by uploading survey questions and downloading reports
- Maintain compliance with GDPR
- Support the TA Lead in the efficient running of the Cero end-to-end recruitment process by coordinating and scheduling interviews across all departments and locations
- On an ad-hoc basis and during times of flux get involved with candidate sourcing and screening by:
- Supporting the TA Lead in the creation of external market maps
- Sourcing diverse and high-quality candidates using a variety of tools including LinkedIn Recruiter and Job Boards and
- Conducting candidate screening calls
- Culture, Training and Development
- Coordinate Onboarding activities for new starters
- Along with the wider People team, assist with the planning of training events
- Assist with the planning and delivery of company-wide People initiatives
