Who you are

7+ years of creative design experience that includes digital, print, interactive, marketing, and brand design
Experience developing and driving an enterprise-level brand at a growing B2B technology company
Strong portfolio of work that shows a wide breadth of knowledge around brand strategy, creative invention, and how creative can be leveraged across different mediums for integrated marketing campaigns on a variety of mediums
Experience managing other creative professionals and vendors
Expert knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite
Experience with videography and photography a plus
Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present a compelling, interactive story
Passion around working in a fast-paced environment

What the job involves

Responsible for managing creative and web dev agencies
Direct a team of internal and external creative designers and web developers
Responsible for owning and further developing the D2iQ brand identity and become the primary point of reference for any creative plan associated with the business roadmap
Implement creative visions and concepts across various creative projects and oversee them to completion
Collaborate directly with key stakeholders and executives within the organization around brand and creative strategy
Drive strategy and execution around offline and online creative assets, content initiatives, website, video/photography, event design, etc
Develop a service bureau function for all business units within the organization for fulfilling creative needs associated with internal programs, office space branding, and other company collateral
Forecast resourcing needs and timelines, and work with key stakeholders to drive a schedule for projects while prioritizing and using resources efficiently

Our take

D2iQ provides an independent platform for Kubernetes, an increasingly popular open-source container-orchestration system used for automating computer app deployment, scaling and management. The company's most disruptive product, D2iQ Kaptain, is a cloud native platform for running Machine Learning workloads on Kubernetes while accelerating the deployment of ML models. In short, D2iQ reduce the timeline from prototype to production for ML projects.

With the machine learning market size expected to hit just under $97 billion in 2025, having accounted for just $7 billion in 2018, there’s an onus helping enterprises from single-machine prototype to scalable product deployment quickly and successfully. The latter point may seem obvious, but it's worth noting that currently around 90% of all ML projects never make it into production.

What sets D2iQ, and its products, apart is that it allows data scientists to manage their machine learning models on Kubernetes without any applicable knowledge of Kubernetes itself. With a client list which includes T Mobile, Tommy Hilfiger, Verizon, BMW, and the US Air Force, coupled with impressive funding, D2iQ appears to have put itself in a strong early position.
