What the job involves

The new Marketing Intern has the opportunity to work in a dynamic and entrepreneurial environment, where you play a central role in achieving ambitious growth
Enable the operational set up for digital events (Round-table/panel discussions), to facilitate pre-event planning, in-event platform coordination, and post-event follow-up
Research and source external event vendors for in-person events (locations, merchandising, informational materials printing), to build a network of trusted partners
Communicate with internal team members (Design, Content, translations) to ensure timely event visual and content production
Manage data and logistics details for team members on the ground ahead of in-person events (travel dates confirmations, info for merchandise ordering, passes etc.), providing a bridge between internal teams and external event partners
Oversee post-event retrospectives and analysis, to support a closer targeting of ideal Lepaya event contacts
Enrich event contacts data, incorporating diverse sources and tools to increase accuracy in understanding key Lepaya audiences
Research industry conferences and trades, to identify and propose future relevant opportunities
