Who you are
- The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of Miami's business landscape, a passion for delivering excellent service, and a drive to create lasting partnerships that fuel growth
- Proven experience in B2B sales, business development, or partnership management, preferably in the luxury services, hospitality, or transportation industries
- Strong understanding of the Miami market and a network of contacts in local businesses, luxury hotels, and corporate sectors
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills with the ability to interact with high-level decision-makers
- A results-oriented mindset with a track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth
- Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Self-motivated and entrepreneurial, with a passion for providing exceptional service to clients
- Familiarity with CRM tools (Salesforce) and sales analytics platforms (AmpleMarket)
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred)
- Fluency in English and Spanish
What the job involves
- As our Partnerships Manager in Miami, you will play a key role in driving Blacklane’s growth by creating and fostering local B2B partnerships with businesses, hotels, corporate clients, and event organizers
- This is a unique opportunity to shape Blacklane’s footprint in Miami and elevate our presence in the luxury transportation space
- Business Development: Proactively identify, target, and secure new B2B partnerships with local businesses, luxury hotels, event planners, corporate accounts, and other potential partners who align with Blacklane's premium service offering
- Relationship Management: Build and nurture long-term relationships with local businesses and key stakeholders. Serve as the main point of contact for our partners, ensuring a high level of service and satisfaction
- Revenue Growth: Develop and implement a local sales strategy to meet and exceed revenue targets. Drive new business opportunities through tailored solutions for Miami-based clients, ensuring that Blacklane becomes their preferred luxury transportation partner
- Market Expansion: Leverage local market insights and business intelligence to enhance our position and expand Blacklane’s reach across Miami. Position Blacklane as the go-to luxury chauffeur service for high-end businesses
- Sales Strategy & Execution: Collaborate with the regional sales team and senior leadership to tailor sales initiatives to the Miami market. Execute sales plans with a strong focus on creating value for clients and long-term growth
- Brand Ambassadorship: Represent Blacklane at local events, conferences, and networking opportunities to build the brand’s presence and reputation in the Miami business community
- Client Retention & Satisfaction: Work closely with existing clients and partners to ensure continued satisfaction, repeat business, and long-term partnerships
Our take
Business transport for frequent travellers can be a difficult process. The pain of booking systems, invoicing, and inconsistent quality of services are issues travellers regularly face, hindering business operations and causing unnecessary delays. Chauffeurs also experience empty cars due to non-optimised booking processes.
Blacklane aims at the higher end of the market, targeting corporate workers, executives and those who have the means to pay extra for higher levels of service when they travel. Through a booking system available on the company's website and in-app, Blacklane provides a reliable high-end service with inclusive pricing and on-call customer support. Blacklane also works for chauffeurs, filling empty seats to optimise services.
The company is also environmentally conscious, operating as a carbon-neutral company since 2017. The company offers electric vehicle rides in more than 30 of its 300 operational cities, and by 2025, aims for 75 percent of all rides to be in EVs. With substantial funding from Mercedes Benz in 2022, it seems set to meet these objectives.
